Wow!

Such an amazing place. My wife and I stayed at this wonderful inn this past weekend. We drove up from NYC, which was quite manageable. Outstanding location for a romantic getaway and/or a relaxing break. The suite room we were in was comfy and well appointed. The public areas of the inn were great, including a beautiful “indoor garden” displaying art as well as a “lounge” area to mingle with other guests. The grounds were nicely designed and landscaped by one of the owners. The other owner prepared breakfast for us both days - to say that the food was spectacular would be an understatement. Walks to the great beach were less than a ten minute stroll from the inn. And the main areas of Hyannis were close as well. I highly recommend this inn and can’t imagine a better place to stay on Cape Cod!

If you are a foodie like me, you are going to love this place. We just came back from a 2 night stay and it was more than I could ask for. I did not expect such a unique experiences. The owner Adrian is the nicest guy, the place is very clean and modern but yet has a charm. The place feel very warm and welcoming, our room was great. When we arrived, we were greeted with such amazing hospitality and served the best Lobster roll of my dreams. The breakfast is just phenomenal, it feels like a luxury Michelin experience, something I have never experienced before and we travel a lot. The quality of the food is better than any place we stayed at, we almost wished we could have had every meal there :). We can't wait to go back again next year. I am pretty convinces this place is going to be on every top magazine for places in Cape Cod!
The location is also great, and very close to the marina, where we took the ferry to get to Martha's (or you could go to Nantucket for the day). You need to come here and book soon, the experience this amazing stay, thank you Adrian.

What an amazing place! Proprietors Adrian and Xenia spared no expense in the design and layout of this place. It is immaculate, clean, sunny and modern. My sister and I spent three nights there and were treated to the most amazing breakfasts, Adrian truly enjoys surprising and treating his guests and knows what service is all about, he is passionate about every aspect of this B&B. Upon arrival we were welcomed with gourmet lobster rolls, and white wine, a real treat after a very long ride. We enjoyed his company, breakfast music choices and learning about the history of the place. Our Sunny room was spotless and dust free, towels were luxurious and spotless white, the set up allows for privacy in addition to common space company as desired to include the outdoor deck. Great job Adrian and Xenia. We plan to return.
